Rules, guidelines, and terms of use for Euphoria FM website and Fan Wall.
1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Euphoria FM. By accessing our website (euphoriafm.co.uk), using our live radio streams, requesting songs, or posting on our Fan Wall (Shoutbox), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Hobbyist Nature of Service
Euphoria FM is operated as a non-commercial, hobbyist internet radio station based in the United Kingdom. Our streams and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, audio quality, or the persistence of your saved favorites or alert lists.
3. User Conduct & Fan Wall Rules
Our Fan Wall (Shoutbox) is a public chat space designed for our listener community. By posting in the shoutbox, you agree not to post any content that is:
- Defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, or offensive.
- Obscene, sexually explicit, or racially/ethnically offensive.
- Spam, promotional advertisements, or links to malicious websites.
- Infringing on any third-party intellectual property or copyright.
We use automated profanity filtering to restrict prohibited terms, but we do not pre-moderate all posts. We are not responsible for user-posted content.
4. Moderation & IP Blocking
We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion and without prior notice, to:
- Remove, edit, or hide any shoutbox message.
- Enforce spam protection rate limits (currently restricted to 1 post per 15 seconds per IP).
- Temporarily or permanently block specific IP addresses from using the Fan Wall or request systems to maintain service stability and prevent abuse.
5. Song Requests & Fair Use
Our song request system is provided for personal entertainment. Users must not flood, automate, or otherwise abuse the request system. We reserve the right to prioritize, delay, or skip requests in accordance with show scheduling and station guidelines.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Euphoria FM (including its operators and DJs) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the website, stream, or other services.
